1. Who can use SWAGGSPOT
SWAGGSPOT is built for people ages 13–29. By creating an account you confirm you meet that age range and that the information you give us is accurate.
2. Your account
You sign in through Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
3. What you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give SWAGGSPOT permission to display and distribute it inside the app so other members can see it. Don't post adult content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or anything illegal. Don't post content you don't have the rights to share.
4. Embedded and third-party content
Some areas of the app embed media from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, TikTok and Instagram. That content belongs to its owners and is governed by their own terms.
5. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.
6. Service availability
SWAGGSPOT is provided as-is. Features can change and the service may be unavailable at times.
